If you're lucky enough to have lots of snow in your part of the world, the pedal powered snow plough is a great way to exercise and clear the roads too! You can always give the kids the job of clearing the roads, and know that you're doing them some good!
The snowplough started off as a ride-on lawn mower, and was then adapted on to a hand-made steel frame with parts from an old bicycle. The concept is actually over 10 years old, but it was recently entered into an Innovate or Die contest and caught lots of attention.
